Please ensure all tags remain attached and the signature packaging is included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original REPRESENT packaging, ensuring all branded tags and security seals are intact.

  Ship the Package

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
